| No, it is not good for your cube. It doesn't last long and it can damage your cube.

| Well Hello sir tricube..,, well welcome po sa PCA.., sinasabi po na ang WD40 ay nakakasira ng ABS plastic.. it is the plastic of the cube.. search po muna tau ng ganitong thread bago mag post cge po happy cubing..,
WD-40, incompatible with ABS plastic due to white spirit (also known as Stoddard solvent) content

| may nabasa ako sa isang website, (ndi ko maalala kung anong site)
HUWAG daw gagamit ng lube na may nakaindicate na WD-40..
nakakasira daw yun ng cube...
may ginamitan nga ako nun.. sa simula nga lang maganda.. nung nagtagal.. parang "sticky" na...
ewan ko din lang kung dahil ng WD-40 yun.. |

| although hindi di advisable ang WD-40 as a main lubricant, may silbi din naman actually ang WD-40. Pag sobrang rough yung cube mo, or sobrang tight, lagyan mo ng WD, then, brutally play with your cube for 1 or 2 days. then, wash your cube making sure na walang natirang lube, then, use the prescribed lube (silicone spray). i suggest you do this sa ToysRus Cube. tRu cube ang main cube na gamit ko ngayon eh. i don't use DS or cube4you diy's anymore.
