for both left and right hand OHers.. the index finger is for the top turns. It is either you a normal turn or you push/flick to the other way.... or a U2

example
Right hand...
U = normal turn as if you were doing 2H
U'= you push the RUB sticker till the tip of your index is at the BUL sticker or flick the FUR sticker till the RUB
U2= do 2 normal turns

OH fingertricks are pretty much out of self preference... try to figure them out.

bro.... for right hand.. you can use your pinky or ring finger to do L...flick with the pinky or push upwards with the ring.

mas mhirap ang right hand gmit mo sa OH...ako nga right hnd din gmit ko,practice lng cguro pra mkuha mo tamang dskarte sa fngertrcks...
kaya lng mdyo mhrap tlga ang rght hand....

@lestercruz16: i use my ring finger in executing L' turn. but i use my index finger when doing the L turn. btw, i use my right hand when doing OH.
