I've been doing this slow F2L solve for 2 days now and it works. My average was down by 4 secs and I'm managing some sub- 18 solves. I really recommend this to all sub- 25ers.

I suck when it comes to LL. Is there a video like this but about the LL which could help us improve our times? Help please.
