try cakewalk pro or acid pro... but you really need a nice soundcard... if you want you can try total video converter it can convert all media file... as in every thing...

Re: in need of a software (again?)
A few people know this but iTunes can convert MIDI to MP3/WAV.
By default, AAC format ang gamit ng iTunes sa pagconvert, so kung gusto mo MP3/WAV (more compatible) first go to Edit - Preferences - Advanced - Importing then change the AAC Encoder to MP3/WAV.
After that, ilagay mo lang yung MIDI sa playlist, right-click, then convert to MP3. Mase-save sya sa My Music/iTunes folder (under several subfolders).
Yeah ang haba ng explanation pero simple lang sya. Good luck!
P.S.
Pwede rin yung Audacity (yung dating rinecommend na app) if you want to do it manually. Set it to record your audio card output, start recording, play the MIDI, then stop recording. Save as MP3/WAV.
P.P.S.
Converting *to* MIDI is much harder for technical reasons (MIDI isn't a real sound format). May mga apps na available pero they won't always be successful.
