nalaman ko na para mas maganda ang look aheads natin sa pagsosolve, kailangan natin ng "relaxed mind"
napag-aralan namin sa bowling na pag relaxed ang mind, nagiging relaxed din ang muscles para sa mas magandang shot
ganun din sa cube
it's our muscle memory that "works" hard to do the algorithms
while our brain's job is to "plan" what to do next
eto ngaun ang papel ng "meditation"
may alam ba kayong mga meditation schools or stuff na pwd puntahan? (mas maganda kung libre, hehehe)
kahit anong types ng meditation pwd
basta meditation
hehehe

bowling? you mean that exercise where you make your muscles hard when you breathe in, and relax your muscles when you breathe out?
