Actually, naka stickied na po ung Forum Rules sa kaita-itaas ng Noob's area.

xiphuscube is correct. There are already a lot of stickied threads. Bulag lang yata talaga mga noobs kaya di nila makita. Pfft.

meron nga.. pero cguro mas mganda kun ksama si dun.. sa mga post... and sa ibng way siya ipapakita... kc.. tamad magbasa ang mga noob.. maybe in a graphical way... i will be willing to make it.. if the admin and mods wants to..

Kuya sa tingin ko po tlagang nde lng nila alam na nandun yun. Kasi po parang yung ibang mga noob eh ngaun lng nakakita ng forum. Di din nmn po ksi ganun ka knowledgable ang mga tao about sa forums eh. Mas maganda po sana kung kahit hindi nila i-open yung thread eh makikita nila ung mga dos and don't s.

Well, kung graphical way, sa tingin ko ok yun. Might as well suggest it sa cubemeet kay Sir Lester... Pero still, sana noobs would find it at least a bit intuitively (yung stickied part, I mean). Hay. Pagod rin magsuway eh.
