3x3x3 DIAN SHENG OR 3x3x3 RUBIK'S CUBE?
madami nagsasabi na maganda ang dian sheng tsaka mura pa.
pero syempre iba pa rin pag rubiks.

Personally I go for DS. It's pretty cheap for something so smooth out of the box. Even though they say it's brittle and low quality. It's still smoother compared to RUbiks. Rubiks brand take a while to break in and optimize. Halos 1/4 ng Silicone spray yung naubos ko sa Rubik's brand bago siya completely maging DIY-ish. DS cubes become insanely smooth once nilubricate. Stickers lang talaga ang pangit. Pero in a sense kahiy ung Rubik's brand na cube mejo crappy yung stickers eh, nagkakaron ng "FRU FRU" after awhile tas naiipon yung dumi. Yuckers. Anyway, this is just my opinion. DS parin kasi di kasing sakit sa bulsa pag nawala. LOL. Kidding.....

I have both. I prefer using the dian sheng though. Mas gus2 ko yung feel nang dian sheng compared sa rubik's na benta sa TRU.

kung compare mo ang DS at RUBIK's cube na nabibili sa TRU... well DS ang panalo... handsdown dyan because of smoothness out of the box... pati once it was lube... DS pa rin...

pero kung RUBIK's assembly kit or Rubik's DIY or Rubik's speedcube vs DS... well panis ang DS...

ask YU NAKAJIMA... his group is using RUBIK's DIY and Rubik's Assembly Kit... with CRC Heavy Duty Silicone Spray... iwan ang DS...

after using ds and buying tru para matry,

i prefer ds, it's smoother than tru

pero di ko pa kasi nalube rubik's brand ko eh,

pero mas ok parin sa feeling kung mas mahal yung cube...hehehe

after 7 months of using my tru cube..
nagstart na magpeel stickers niya.. so i decided to buy a ds cube
hala smooth nga
tapos ni lube ko ..
smoother pa
kaso after 1 week ..wear off na rin stickers
pero feeling ko mas bumilis ako sa ds

i also go for DS if we are talking about a good speedcube..


pero pagdating sa pagmamahal..

mas mahal ko TRU ko talaga..
-1st cube ko un (di ko ni-count ung bangketa cube,isang araw lng warak na haha)

i HAD both.. DS and TRU..

and both of them are no longer on my posession.. Sad

TRU-my elder bro borrowed it, (my TRU was newly sanded and lubed that time) brought it to our house at batangas, and was stolen. Sad

DS-i taught my cuz how to solve the 1st two layers when he visited our house in cavite..
and when he went home, he brought my ds (stickers repalced) with him, Sad


pero mas affected ako sa pagkawala ng TRU ko..
marami n kasi kami pnagdaanan nun..hehe..

saka mas mahirap maghanap ng TRU.. Sad
nkakalungkot..di ako maxado affected sa DS kasi alam kong madali lng ako
mkakakuha nun saka di pa ko attatched sa cube na un.. mga 1week p lng kasi ata skn..

ahaha.. napaka EMO ko.

I have one DS cube and I'm thinking to buy another 5, haha... The best term to describe DS is "sulit", grabe! Compared to Rubix brand, na mahal at mahirap paamuhin,, diba DS din ang mas maganda piliin.. hehe...

i have both. i often use my DS and bring it out kasi kung nawala hindi masakit sa bulsa. Un cons lang talaga pangit un sticker, sa rubiks naman mas matino ng konte.

ang sayang ng feel ng DS and smooth kasi. i tried to sand the imperfections, sobrang minimal lang. lalong bumilis pa un cube ko.

sa TRU ko naman wala pa akong ginagawa. sayang kasi kung masira if ever. mas mahal pa naman

Hello po.I'm just a newbie with an ave. of less 2min.
I am using both, DianSheng and Rubiks Cube (from ComicAlley-Megamall).
I prefer using DS in practicing algo's ang ftricks. But when it comes to outdoor cubing, mas prefer ko si Rubik's...porma kc and alam ko mahirap makakuha dito sa Cavite ng orig...he he he. Yun nga lang sobra ingat ko dito kasi dang-mahal ng bili ko.

Summary:
DS=good in speedcubing and harabas na gamitan
Rubiks= sarap titigan, cool gamitin...habang bago...


just my opinion lang piz

i have both den i use DS for speedcubing and practise pang araw araw saka okey lang kahit mag kandahulo hulong kc dami nakakalat niya... TRU naman hirap niyan mag hanap kung patibayan lang mas ok yon just lub it the right way ok siya maging main cube DS for practise
