Where to buy DS and DIY Cubes?

Hi to all. I'm new to this forum and I just have a question.

Where do you get your DS and DIY cubes? Are DIY cubes ordered online?

yup diy cubes are ordered online..pero try mo maglibot sa trade center..madami din nagtitinda dun..

I'm from Q.C. bro. I'm using an NBS cube, hahaha. It is so worn out but hell, it is so slippery! (Got my Cyclo already). I also bought a Mr. Brix white cube.. I know, my cubes are cheap ^_^, don't want to get the TRU cube yet, the 900 Php, at least not for now, coz im still new to cubing.

Anyway, thanks for the help guys, this forum is very helpful and informative and the people here are nice. Happy cubing every1!

dude..if i were you..nd ako bibili ng 900 php tru cube..un ung hex packaging right? kc may mga nabibili nun na mura lang..350-400 pesos lang ata hex packaging din..ayun..just saying..in my opinion..nd worth bumili ng ganun kamahal since may nabibili namang mas mura and may nabibili ng DI HAMAK na mas mura at packaging lang ang pinagkaiba.. 219 pesos lang po ang shrink-wrapped tru cube..opinion lang po..pero kung trip mo po talaga ung 900 peso cube (nakakita ko nito sa shangrila eh)..then go..

I see, well, I have a long way to go and long time to decide. I might consider your suggestion too if ever budget is tight. I really prefer a DIY but if it's hard to get a hold of one... Then the cheaper but efficient cube is the way to go. ^_^

@ Andalusion Boy : woah..mukang mali po ata ang intindi ko sa previous post nyo..ung 900 php TRU cube ba ay yung Rubiks Assembly kit? kung oo..then ignore my previous post and go..okay lang bumili nyan..mganda po quality..sorry for the confusion..

i think he was referring to the Rubik's DIY in TRU. ayun ung 900 petot eh. Ang with hex casing naman kasi is 300 petot lang un..

@ paololzki : yup..na sort out na namin..meron po kcng 3x3 w/ hex packaging na sobrang mahal..may nakita kong ganun 900 pesos sa shangrila po..and i think si krisakiko ata ung nakabili ng ganun worth 900 pesos po ata..

Btw, just a follow up question guys... Where exactly can I find a DS Cube? Like, is there one in Divisoria, Baclaran... etc.? I've looked in certain "bangketas" but can't find any.

meron po cguro sa divisoria..sa philcoa din meron..kung saan saang random places bigla bigla ka na lang makakakita ng ds.. hehehe.

Nakakabili po ng DS sa bangketa, baclaran, divisoria, sa akin haha... sa comic alley po. meron din sila

Any Comic Alley? Sayang, I've just been to Megamall, wasn't able to check it out there.

Btw, the stickers of Mr. Brix cubes sucks. I sprayed silicone on the pieces and the edges of the stickers got peeled off easily. I really have to get a a different cube. -_-

actually Mr Brix is a DS Cube. Well sabi nila exactly the same daw. Ganun din stickers ng DS. Madaling masira.

Yup. I already opened the center pieces and did some tweaking. It is a fairly good cube... I dropped it once and it proved to be quite tough, the only drawback I see so far is the problem with stickers. Thanks dwonderer17.. Happy cubing.
