how to make textured tiles

i know that this is a big agenda for most cubers here. they always find solutions on how to create textured tiles-----not and so here's what you need: (i invented this probably, and didn't find it in the net.)

materials:
1. cube with tiles

2. compass(the one used in school)

3. glue( super bond)

4.sandpaper

steps

1. remove the tiles from the cube

2.sand the tiles until smooth like the smooth tiles in cubesmith but with texture

3. use the compass to strike the tiles as in make holes for the roughness. yes strike it very hard to make the rough stuff. poke it.

4. after making the tiles dotted as in poked, sand again lightly(lightly!)

5. the ready tiles are now ready to be put on your cube! by gluing it in your cube.

P.S. strike the tiles but don't break. then, sand lightly




the same goes with stickers =D pero dapat light lang yung pag-tusok nung sharp pointy thingy

ei... you also need to make the tiles a little thinner... baka gumana tohh... i'll try this and put some pics of the result that i will get

i suggest to everyone to start with cheap cubes muna.

10 years un.. tagal nun.. isa isa.. pero kung matiyaga ka may mararating naman.. pero yoko i try..

cool..i wanna try this..pero ayoko yung "striking/poking" part..haha..smooth tiles na lang..try ko sa yuga.. baka kalabasan nito parang tiles ng megaminx..

siguro para maging smooth after poking the tiles you should sand them a bit.
