struggler...that's me!

First time i saw a Rubik's cube, i thought it was impossible to solve it...then i met JMson Calalang...i was so amazed when he showed me that he could solve it. i didn't even believe him at first. i thought he just memorized it or something. but when he taught me how to solve it, i got into it, more like addicted to it and didn't stop until i solved the whole cube for the very first time in my entire life! it took me more or less 5 days to learn how to solve the cube and "master" it.
Up until this very moment, i still don't have an original cube. Sad

i'm constantly asking my friends to give me one as a pasalubong..hehe! hopefully, this december i could have one. JMson is so kind to let me borrow his old cube since he now have a new one.
it's been 2years now that i know how to solve the cube but i started practicing the friedrich method early this year coz i wanna improve my time but with a fake cube, u couldn't go as fast as with an original one. but i don't care. as long as i could practice it then speed could come later if i know almost all the moves. i just started learning the friedrich method but i stopped for a while coz study calls..then i got back sometime in april and to my embarrassment, it took me almost 2 hours just to solve the cube! Gosh! i cant believe i got stuck up in the third layer. i totally forgot how to solve it! as in mental block out! hehehe! but eventually, after so many tries, i finally remembered how. from that time on, i promised my self to practice even just once a month.
now, using my borrowed cube, my average time is 1.38 min and my fastest time is 1.12 min..i cant wait to get an original cube so i could practice harder and also get accustomed to the original colors of the real rubiks cube.
how i wish i could solve the cube in less than a minute! huhuhu!

Welcome here. Darating din yung panahon na mabilis ka na tulad ng iba na di mo namamalayan. Just keep on cubing. Keep on practicing.
