this instruction showed up

http://www.instructables.com/id/SI4A4IEFAQEDC0W/

here the line from this link

"Vitality, according to Dr. Egely, can be increased through: sleep, relaxation exercises, sport, vitamins and trace elements, diet, exposure to sunlight... etc.

Interestingly, the highest score ever on the Egely wheel was reportedly achieved by Erno Rubik, the inventor of the Rubik's cube, with 35 revolutions per minute."

just sharing
so does this mean that erno will live very long?
only time can tell

nice one... i've read this article on instrubables.com during summer (at least, that what i think)... the chi wheel phenomenon can be explained scientifically (heat convection, wind gusts, others)... pero i never read that si erno rubik pala yung naka "top score'' sa chi wheel... hehe
