Preliminary review of Waxco Silicone Wax =p
Hey guys dun sa mga nagtanong sa akin tungkol sa Waxco silicone kanina sa cube meet, this is my review for now baka may magbago have to observe pa hehe.
1) wax takes time to apply correctly - applying then buffing. you have to apply with cloth (i think better kung excess ung inapply), leave it a couple of minutes, then buff the excess off with a clean portion of your cloth.
2) immediate effect. no waiting time para sa akin. ive heard that cyclo or other spray type eh lumalagkit muna bago dumudulas. since wax ung sa akin, the moment you buff its ready to go. un nga lang mahirap mgapply
but i have another feeling: i think 1 application would deteriorate within a short time. i dont know if it would last as long as cyclo, i'll get back on this later on
happy cubing!!!

Re: Preliminary review of Waxco Silicone Wax =p
can i add something... my experience with silicone sprays. once you use it to lubricate your cube it becomes sticky at first like benjediman said right guys... it will take time to dry and smooth... and in a long run the silicone lube becomes wax or dirt what ever call it... try this out... it might help... take out the pieces one by one... you'll notice a residue of silicone lube. clean it and buff it with clean cloth im using a CD and Monitor cloth its a 3M cloth. once you've done this put it back together and walla for me its much more smoother than just adding silicone spray... it work for me... try it maybe it might help...

take your time... pag filling mo na parang na wawala na yung smoothness ng cube thats the time to buff it... thats what i do... every time i put a silicone spray pina pabayaan ko muna sya for a week. pag malaglit na and less na yung smoothness buff uli...

hello again! okay. so when i first lubed my white, everything was ok and all. today, it was sorta getting back to its original stickiness. fast, ryt? so i tried cubekid's suggestion thinking maybe the same would happen to even cloth-applied silicone wax. yup, it did well was like i just lubed it haha

Re: Preliminary review of Waxco Silicone Wax =p
guys, i just bought a cyclo.
DONT BUY WAXCO!!!
cyclo made my cubes turn ultra smooth, i couldnt even get my fingertricks timing right. waxco is just plain...plain thats why i was wondering why i needed to set my tensions very loose (made my cube pop every now and then), cause i wasnt using cyclo now i can tighten it for more stability.
even though its much more expensive, its worth it.
SORRY FOR THE HYPE I CAUSED ABOUT WAXCO. IT SUCKS
