ano ang sub 30?

naguguluhan kasi ako ..

may iba kasi nagsasabi, sub 30 ka kapag naka average ka below 30..

ang iniisip ko naman, sub 30 ka kapag ndi ka lumalampas ng 30s..

ano ba talaga?

tingin ko consistent sub30 average is nd na pumapatak ng more than 30 seconds ang average mo..EVER..

pero ang sagot ay condition b kasi sub means "below" and it can never be above that.

by context, sub means below

pero may mga words na nagpapalit ng meaning pag hinaluan na ng iba

parang rain + bow = rainbow (pangit ng example ko, hehehe)

it means below kung single solve siya

kung maramihan na, siya yung parang "median" ng lahat ng solves mo

meaning, you can have times less than or greater than that

Basta sub30 is when you've solved an average of maybe 5 cubes in under 30 secs. But if you want talagang sub30, solve 12 cubes.

OT : deym ang astig talaga ng siggy mo..haha..kelangan kong ma22 gumawa ng ganyan........... photoshop lang ba yan? self study ka lang or you attended workshops?

Literally, sub 30 means below 30. It's up for you to interpret what "below 30sec." means. No need for an "expert's"(?) explanation. Besides, it's not a technical term. It doesn't matter what your interpretation is. No big deal. Just enjoy cubing and beat your own records.

yep!! paolo is right, no need for an expert.. like me, ave of 23. sec ako sa 12 cubes... pro minsan pag sobrang minamalas, nkakakuha pa din ako ng 26 sec.. kaya sub30 pa din ako twag ko sa sarili ko... kaw n bhala kung pano ma interpret ung sub30, basta dpat below 30 un (malamang)... ^^

Or, should i say, there is no prescribed number of cubes for your averaging session to declare your average as a sub-20. Average of 10 won't even suffice. However, most cubers believe that you can call your self a sub-20 solver if you can solve 100 cubes with an average of less than 20 seconds. It means that your calculated average approaches your true/theoretical average with probability of error approaching zero. theoretically, the absolute definition for a sub-20 is if you solve an infinite number of cubes and your average stands at sub-20. But, that's impossible. Thus, 100 is the reasonable figure used by most cubers. For example, in my case, I've done a 17.xx average of 100, so for that, I can call myself a sub-18. So, that's it.

bakit sasabihin pa nilang sub30 sila?
ndi pa nila basta sabihing 27ave nila(sample lang)

effective measure ang "average" at "standard deviation" kung ang data eh eh greater than or equal to thirty

so thirty will be enough

pero mas marami, mas accurate
