The things I do are, the 41 common F2L cases(http://www.cubestation.co.uk/cs2/index.php?page=3x3x3/cfop/f2l/f2l )(I found most of them by myself).
After I know those 41 common cases, I mirror imaged them so that I can do those 41 cases to 4 angles so I don't have to do much cube rotations.
After that, I studied the Empty Slotting(Adjacent) with their symmetries(www.cubeloop.com).
Next I am going to look at the Yu Nakajima's F2L, so that it can give me new ways, direction and ideas to plan my own more fingertrick friendly F2Ls and learn the remaining Empty slotting.
But learning all those above would not be useful if you are not going to improve your "recognition" and "look ahead".
To have good recognition:
1) Good lighting conditions
2) Good stickers
3) You always stick on solving a certain color first(Ex. Always solve the white cross first, or always solve with the yellow as the cross first)
4) If you start with yellow or white, you have to be able to distinguish the following color pairs from the White and Yellow Color: Red/Blue, Red/Green, Orange/Blue and Orange/Green.
[Fifth) You have to memorize color triads so that you just need to look at the two sides of a corner(Ex. If you see white/blue then the third color must be an Orange or a Red.
[sixth) Eat foods rich in Vitamin A
For Look ahead:
1) Same as the number 1 and 2 of the recognition
2) You have to be able to predict where the corner-edge pair, that you found, will go.
3) Try this: When you saw an F2L pair, execute it SUBCONSCIOUSLY and CONSCIOUSLY look for the next corner-edge pair.
4) If you are having hard time doing the 2nd and 3rd above, you have to do "Slow move Solves". In slow move solves, you solve the 3x3 in a slow but uniform way. You can use a metronome(www.metronomeonline.com) for that.
Just Practice

Re: NU average mo sa( o.h) F2L LNG? AND TIPS PLZ :(
ako 16secs
"may 21 pll ba na puro right lang at up?"
mahirap kasi pag may D at B eh saka L
"
TPIS
for white on bottom, yellow on top
sa inspection look for 2 edge, example W&blue and W&green
lagay mo sila sa tama nilang position, next
look for your first 2 F2l pairs
then tapusin mo yung f2l mismo
saka mo na lang ilagay yung W&red at W&Orange sa lugar nila
tip ko lang to ha, pero ikaw ang makakadiscover ng sarili mong style
"this type of solving ay nakuha ko sa roux method"
