As some may already have guessed (and according to the howto, kung binasa nyo), for some of the puzzles, you would need a graphics editing program. Photoshop is recommended, but GIMP (the free alternative) works just as well. You can get it here: http://www.gimp.org/downloads/

dun sa level 4, nakita ko na ung dapat makita... I just don't know the exact word for the answer.. "???.htm"

Sa level 4, kung ano yung nakita mo, yun na yung sagot

- Look for the face (he is the one "screaming" whom you're supposed to "hear") and zoom in to his mouth. You'll find the answer.

Yep, 5 has two parts. Yung una, madali lang, nakasulat na yung sagot, di mo na kelangan maghanap. Yung pangalawa, may hint ako na binigay earlier.
Yung no 8, since hindi ko alam yung logical solution I can't give logical clues. Maybe someone else can help. The letters of the answer is in the grid. Start sa upper-leftmost. Then end in .htm. Wala nga lang sense yung path (ignore the blanks). Basta you need to "return to oz"...

- Look at the letters below the blue and white lines. Since blue=mirror and white=reality, reverse the letters below the blue lines. Hence for the first blue line you would get "do" and for the first white line you would get "wnw". Figure out the rest from here.
