Hi All, filipino cuber in New Jersey

Hi Everyone,
My name is Auburn. I'm 38 years old and live in New Jersey, USA. I was born in Ohio and have been in NJ since I was 5. Anyway, I did get to visit the Philippines back in 1982. I was about 13 when I visited, and remember bringing my cube with me and amazing my relatives there by solving it. The cube was the big fad back then. Shortly after, I don't know why, but I stopped cubing. After about a 24 year layoff, I picked it up again after watching a video of Macky solving it in 12.04 seconds. Back then, I really just wanted to be able to solve it, never thinking about speed. But now I am working on my speedcubing skills. Honestly, I noticed Macky's fingers and thought that maybe cubing would help my arthritis, and it sure has... hardly any pain in my hands now !!! I know about half of the OLL and PLL algs. It's hard to find time to practice with work and all, but even with my limited knowledge of all the needed algs, I still average around 23 seconds. My goal is to be sub 20. Anyway, I'm happy to be here and hope to meet some new friends/cubers here. Sorry, I can't speak or read/write tagalog. I can understand about 75% if spoken to. Bye for now.
