practice your f2l may it be intuitive or may alg's develop your finger tricks...slowsolve lang pra matarget mu ung next f2l pair.....practice your look ahead....

know what i'm also stuck with my average for almost a month and it's getting worse...

with your training program i think i lack the last 5

i eat less veggies now a days
well i drink occationally but i never drink a little =))
drugs drugs it's the best man! ( well i study pharmacy that's why i cant cube much )
well i pray to god but this time i'll ask him to guide me on cubing

hahaha well regarding the gathering of tips from faster cubers... well just in case you're not able to ask faster cubers, more experienced cubers... you can have a CUBING buddy... where you race together, study separately and compare what you two have learned and PICK THE BEST that suits your style....
--- regarding the cubing buddy.... try solving at home by yourself and compare it with the time you solve your puzzle in a face to face race with your buddy... hahaha

Go slow at memorize lang eventually maadapt mo na ang pagrurubiks...

slow solve lang.
try mo tignan kung saan k mabagal na part(cross, f2l, oll, pll)
medyo magfocus ka dun.
dala mo dapat palagi cube mo.
solve lang ng solve!

I think your problem is the f2l still..

If you MASTER your f2l,, It wouldn't be that slow.. PROMISE! If you have mastered your f2l,, you will have a fast solve...
FYI: The F2l is the most time-consuming part in speedcubing.

do Slow solves and apply your f2ls.. pls do improve your recognition..... but dont forget your PLLs and OLLs.. It needs improvement...Fast Last Layer solves comes with fast OLL and PLL...

about the topic, praktisin mo pa po fingertricks mo .... memorize pa po ng algos kc kung di mo pa alam yung lumabas na OLL case mapipilitan ka pang mag set up or gagawa ng move para lng mawala ang lumabas na case pag katpos mabuo ang F2L ... sa F2L intuitive lng po... kung may mahirap na case para sayo, try mo pong mag search na lang like sa youtube,cubeloop,cutex, etc...
