11. The man who keeps horses lives next to the man who smokes Dunhill.
12. The man who smokes Blue Master drinks beer.
13. The German smokes Prince.
14. The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.
15. The Blends smoker lives next to the one who drinks water.

My my, I'm so sorry if you asked for the link three months ago. I was too busy with school at that time. xD My apologies.

GERMAN (pala, kala ko norwegian haha) IS THE ANSWER!!!
I used MS Excel in solving this riddle. Nakakatamad kasi magsulat. Besides, mas madali ma-solve dun, eh. I used color coding method. hehehehe

But please re check if my answer is correct.
I'm still verying kung sure ako sa answer...hehehehe

Nasagot ko na din to dati... mga 1hr+ siguro hahahaha. SA ms word ko nilagay yung mga data tpos dun lang din ako gumawa ng table
