COLL, is orienting the last layer + permuting corners.
so basically for 1 case you have a lot of sub-cases to memorize,
you even have to memo the color. with that your PLL would be an
easy and fast edge cycle, kuya jonathan knows it, so go ask him

and Leyan Lo's site

but for you to be able to use this and practice it at normal solves, you must learn first the basic ZBF2L at least 2 cases. It took me 2 months to memo all this algs and to be able to recognize it as fast as normal Fridrich solve, hmmmm still on progress lolz!

after zbf2l+coll, there's a 1/12 chance that you dont have to permute the edges
