Edge First Method.. what is it?

Hey guys!! once i came across a website describing a method by doing the edge first then switching the corners while orienting at the same time… I think it has the potential to be fast.. anyone happen to know what this method is called?

ZBLL po yata yan... doing the CROSS on the last layer reduce the algs considerably... around 500+... ZB method po lang ang may ganyan...

Parang hindi eh... ganito yun... do the cross.. insert the edge at middle layer. (keyhole) do the cross at top... and then... switch the corners...
sa pgkaka alam ko there are 4 or 5 types of corner switcher.
parang ganito:

1. switch and rotate clockwise/counter clockwise (3 corners)
2. switch and rotate cw (1st corner) slide (2nd corner) ccw (3rd corner)
3. switch and no rotation on top color (A perm)
4. .....
5. .....

yung 4th and 5th di ko na matandaan, pero yun din ang concept, switch and effect.

Yes, it is INDEED fast. He went sub-20 without using finger tricks. 18 seconds nga lang kung tama ang bilang ko that time.

waterman method po yan kuya..... search mo sya sya yahoo! konti lng gumagamit ng method n to.... pero mabilis sya.... konti lng ang moves... pero mostly intuitive yata.... parang petrus... di ako sure konti lng ibfo ko dun ehhh... peace out!!!!!

may isang tutorial na nagssabing false daw na edges first sa waterman method e,, corners first daw tlga.. nweiz d ko din alam kc d ko xa ginagamit pero ok ata xa pang fewest moves.. sa youtube my 3 videos bout waterman method(ata)

nope... its a waterman's method... original method nya yan... advance corner first yan... puro middle slices ang ginagamit..
e, m, s, turns ang madalas na magagamit...

grabe un ba ung waterman's method, edge first, di sya gumagamit ng finger trick pero ang bilis nya. ngayun ko lng nlamn un huh.
