Nakajima and Chan on RCPO2K8: Hoax?

I do not know if this is real or not, but please tell me it isn't. My better senses are telling me it isn't. Nakajima will not compete in the 5x5x5 yet, as far as I know, and in MBLD. He also does not know how to solve the other puzzles such as Pyraminx and Megaminx. The same goes for Harris Chan with the non-cube puzzles.

Whoever the shithead is pulling these pranks off, it is not at all funny. The RCPO2K8 organizing team already has a hard time doing this. Do not put shitty stuff into the other site.

Still, whether this is true or not, it must not happen. They'll just eat us alive.

just came across this when i checked the competitors in the upcoming rcpo2k8. when i first saw their names, i felt so excited. i thought i'd finally see the "virtuosos" of speed cubing, but when i read your post kuya jome, i was like " oo nga, never ko pa sila napanood sa youtube na nag solve ng non cube puzzles". galing ng observation mo kuya jome. and kung sila man nga yun, its a gppd thing because we get to see them, but also a bad thing coz parang wala nang thrill ung competition diba? anyways, im looking forward in this competition! parang isang napakalaking cube meet. hahaha.

bka mmia may mga nangttrip lang at linagay ung mga names nila... or kung hindi naman ehdi masaya makikita natin sila live hehe... gudluck nlng satin...

Does it matter if they do or not? If you can keep up with them( which you probably can ) it should be no problem to you.

I really can't get the level of intelligence that the one who did this has. For one, I can't imagine how the cubing community would react if they did see this. Nakajima and Chan has only seen each other once in a competition, and that was last year at the World Championships.

What's more, in a hobby-sport where your only foundation is your name and the trust of your peers, what is there for us when we Filipinos pull off a cheap, stupid, senseless, and downright degrading prank such as this?

Tanungin niyo nga sarili niyo kung anong klaseng tao yung nangbabastos ng pangalan ng iba just to pull off a prank. Imagine the uproar. Hay.
