you don't need to install it.. just click the .jar file... if nothing happens.. download the JRE... located here..

.tar is a compressed file.. you need to extract it..

it should be a .zip file..

kapag zip compressed pa rin hehehe... kailangan mo ng winzip or winrar para maextract yung .zip file madali lng maghanap ng mga program na yan, search ka lang sa google or sa download.com
