Pwede naman kahit hindi mo gamitin. Ang advantage lang nun, after ng last F2L pair, oriented na ang edges, so cross-based OLL na lang ang lalabas. Yung most important cases, yan yung mga very obvious cases (2 edges visible on U layer, etc.), pero sobrang liit niya as opposed to the whole system.

Although malaki ang advantage niya sa FMC at OH solving kasi reduced agad ang moves, plus the possibility of case skips.

Basically this is the algorithm counterpart of intuitive F2L + sledgehammer trick. Hehe. It aims to insert the last F2L pair while orienting the last layer edges at the same time, thus reducing the possibilities of OLL into 7 or so, those are known as the cross OLLs.

AH so tong method na to diretso na agad sa any kind of cross?

Basically ZBF2L = GA (or at least optimized alg) of normal F2L + sledgehammer trick .
