haha...alam kong medyo kakaiba itong post na ito..pero na observe ko lang po..Smile mga 3 days po akong nd nakacube kc sobrang busy..kaya nung nag jnet ako kahapon, bumaba (lalo) ang average ko..from 48 naging 50 something siya..tapos ngayong umaga..nagjogging ako for almost an hour..tapos pagkauwi ko..nagjnet agad ako..nagulat ako kc magaganda times ko..nagaverage ako ng 44..Smile my best average so far..(mabagal pa..Razz) tingin nyo may kinalaman siya sa pagjojogging ko? kc ive read na jogging releases endorphins..or "feel good" hormones..kaya cguro mas relaxed ang utak at mas kalmado habang nagsosolve..Smile

hmm sakin ng yayari din yan pero d ako nag jogging ,.
ung parang kalmadong kalmado ka tapos nag cube ako then bumababa ung avg ko ng from sub 30 naging sub 26 masarp mag cube kpag kalmado kuha kuha mo look ahead...


tingin ko walng kalaman ung after hogging siguro kalmado lng nung time n eon kya nakukuha mo look ahead... sarap mag cube kpag kalmado.. slow solve.. are faster !!

tingin ko po wala yun kinalaman sa pagjojoging...

meron kasing cases na yung pakascramble ng cube eh

madali masolve or sometime me lucky solve...

ganun po talaga wala naman siguro dito na kayang magsolve ng

cube in 30 seconds then hindi na dun natatanggal sa 30s solve...

lagi po yan nababago either tumaas or bumaba...

I think it was based on what you've been done.

Actually, you must be in the right temper so that you can get the right and fast move.

You don't have to do anything as long as you trust your self and be confident all the things that you want to do.

Then you will just notice you made it.

Depende din ata sa mood mo eh hehehe. Minsan pag mejo hyperactive aq mas mabilis yung time q eh, mas madali qng nakikita yung mga f2l pairs. Ewan q lang kung aq lang ung ganun o yung iba ganun din. Very Happy

nakawarm up ka kasi minsan ambagal ng times kapag ndi ka pa warmed up... kapag nagwawarm up ako sa pag cube pinagpapawisan ako mga 10 solve un sunodsunod nonstop

There is a post like this sa speedsolving.com about some cuber there who jogged for a while and went fast with his solves. Well, more than endorphins I believe is the adjustment of the mind to react to stress, which makes our senses very, very keen.

But maybe that's just me because I don't really jog. Haha.

this is very true..mas clear talaga isip ko nung nagsolve ako after exercising..Smile try nyo mga people..exercise..THEN cube..Smile wala namang mawawala..good habit pa diba?Smile

@ superton2 : i don't think so..kc ang pag nagkaadrenalin rush ka tingin ko hindi ka na makakapagisip..pero may possibility din kc adrenalin rush gives us sharper senses and reflexes..?Razz

hmm.. yeah..tama.. kasi pag nag jojogging nagiging hyper active body mo, both physically and mentally..

ahm,another factor I guess is psychological, coz i found out that after watching the video "speedcubers from around the world" my time gets a lil' faster..

di naman ata totoo eh... ginawa ko dis morning... well di naman actually a pure jog... pero jog na din masasabi... instead na sumakay ako ng PEDICAB... nag-jog na lang me since... 8 kanto lang naman... tapos bili ng tinapay jog uli pabalik...

nakabukas na computer ko at jnetcube...

pag pasok na pagpasok... Jnet agad... ayun 1:34.22... grabe... hinihingal pa me at panay ang tulo ng pawis... nanginginig kamay ko sa hingal at pagod...

kala ko ba pampapaba ng time yun... may adrenalin pang sinasabi at endophins at stess pa... eh lalo lang me bumagal...

grabe... halos di ko maikot yun cube... tapos parang di ko makita mga colors...

kala ko bumagal na me... dahil sa lintik na JOGGING na yan... pero bumalik din ako sa regular average ko na 32.xx seconds...

ang ginawa ko lang eh nagpahinga me ng 5 minutes then sabay inom ng malamig na JUICE isang baso kalahati dahil sobra pagod at hingal ko eh...

then ng magcube uli me... ayun 31.58 seconds...

kaya eto conclusion ko... INOM muna kayo ng ISANG BASO't kalahating JUICE then magcube kayo... bibilis kayo... promise... nasubukan ko ngayon lang eh... di epektib ang jogging... yung paginom ng juice ang epektibe...

yeah it think it does have relation.. kase when you jogged your metabolism is much faster, which means you have more energy so you cube much faster.. this also happened to me today when i played volleyball and frisbee which made me have so much energy and my averages were so low, and i even got a PB on my 4x4 single solve and average..
