Warranty applies to certain products that merit a warranty because of their prices. Electronics and gadgets have this. But "small" toys like cubes and toy cars are almost impossible to replace due to their "small" nature. The problem with the big cubes is that they are packaged in a sealed transparent case. When you destroy that seal, it is as good as sold and it voids any return. So, no, I don't think that they will replace it.

Wait for the Olypic Cubes because as of now, there's no official reseller for those. And I'm waiting for their 5x5x5, 7x7x7, and 11x11x11. I want to have those, kahit na through order pa.

Here are pictures of my big cubes. I hope this helps in convincing potential buyers of Rubik's products. Note that this is relative. You might get bad cubes for both sizes, or good cubes, or a bad Revenge and good Prof, and vice versa. This is not to discourage you from buying Rubik's products. As I've said, kapag maganda ang nakuha mo, sobrang ganda talaga. And unless stocks become better, you have to have that certain stroke of luck to find a great cube. Smile

Thanks for the pictures sir. I can clearly see the difference. Parang nag-earthquake dun sa 5x5x5 mo. Thanks so much. You went through this much for this thread. Thanks

I just bought my Eastsheen 5x5x5 today from

NATIONAL BOOKSTORE KATIPUNAN
(madaming madami pa dun)

I haven't scrambled it yet. I still have lotsa homework to do. I just practiced twisting it and all. Although the cubies are small and all, Im satisfied with how the cube turns and how it feels. The only thing I'm worried about is that the cubies might pop out or something. When I shake the cube, I can hear the middle cubies shake as well. Is this normal? I'm afraid to perform fast runs on it. I feel like I'm holding a piece of polvoron. Do I have to be super careful with it or is it tough enough for use and abuse? Thanks.

Did you go to the Cube Open last saturday? I dropped by for a couple of minutes around 11:40-12-30. Wala akong nakitang familiar na mukha. Si krisakiko and Lester Santos lang when he was being interviewed by GMA and I think I saw superken I dunno. Haha. Wala din akong kinausap kasi wala akong kilala. Nahanap ba nung nawawalan ng DIY at TRU na bagong palit ung stickers ung cubes niya? Kawawa naman siya. Oh well papel, ganyan talaga ang buhay. Thanks ulit Sir Jome

Haha. Fast runs are best on Eastsheen E5's. Believe me, some people solve E5's in less than 3 minutes, and they turn FREAKING fast. (Neil, booooo.) Of course you have to be careful with it but be reminded that it won't be speedcubing if you don't turn it fast. Try not to cut corners, though. That might cause the cube to pop.

I was in the Open, yes. Competed in the 2x2x2 and 3x3x3. I was a scrambler, too, so I was a bit busy and I wasn't able to see everyone who came. Di pa yata nahahanap yung cubes na nawala. Sobrang daming yatang nawalan eh.

No prob. Kitakits sa next open or sa cubemeets.

i'd suggesst you buy eastsheen:
1. eastsheens are cheap but the quality is great
2. eastsheens are faster
3. 1 rubiks revenge would be two eastsheen 4x4s

one eastsheen costs about 649 pesos
while rubik's brand would cost 1600
5x5x5 would cost more but eastsheen 5x5x5 would be the same as the 4x4x4

i hope this helps! sunny Very Happy

This guy's question has been answered a long time ago. I don't think you should reply to it anymore.
