WCA Regulations 2008 are final.
As announced in Speedcubing.com, the WCA Regulations for 2008 has been finalized.
New rules are implemented, and more images for penalties are shown.

Interested judges/scramblers/officials/participants must all read this, especially now that Cebu Open is drawing near.

Re: WCA Regulations 2008 are final.
I have already studied this 2008 rules and regulations even though it was still a draft as requested by Ron Van Bruchem to me. All the officials of the Cebu Open are now aware of these new rules and regulations because I have already made them aware of it in advance. Thanks for the concern.

@JB
You're welcome.
@jusay
Merong major changes but it's not a complete overhaul. Still, any cuber who is interested in joining future competitions should read this.

Ewan. Di ko din talaga magets, sa mga nakakagets, pa explain naman samin.. Thanks.

Re: WCA Regulations 2008 are final.
It could have something to do with the algorithm used to generate the old scrambles. Cube Explorer's random position generator thing might have a different approach to it, which would guarantee more consistency I guess. Or they could just be messing with us. Who knows?
And I'd say it's still fine to practice with the scrambles JNet makes.
