Alternative for silicone lubricant?

Guys, help us... Malaking problema sa amin dito sa palawan ang kawalan ng lube... do you have any alternatives for silicone lubes? please help... currently we only have 6 (as far as i know) DS cubes here, and those are the only cubes we have for speedsolving (since it was the first time we had orders from ate nyin)... at ngayon `di na smooth ang cube ko...

Ito lang mga lubes (possible) na meron kami...

cyclo white grease, turtle wax, wd-40, sewing machine oil, and other oil based wax...

baby oil will leak out just like PJ... it will eventually ruin your stickers kahit naka pvc ka pa since natatangal nya ung dikit nun... try mo ung cyclo na un ndi ko pa alam un e

pwede kau gumamit ng pledge furniture polish... ung may amoy na orange... di nasisira cube ko dun...

talaga pwede gamitin ung pledge polish? nasira ung isa kong na DS galing kay nyin kasi nilinis ko ung sticker gamit baby oil, ayun, di na sya smooth at di na bumalik pa kahit na nilinis ko ulet.. Uh, sige try ko iyon. pledge ba un? iyong commercially retailed na aerosol?

Ahm, medyo mahal eh ung cyclo white grease, 384 each can.. hay...

kahit saang hardward ba jan, walang silicone spray? kahit hindi na cyclo ang brand ang importante, silicone spray siya...

hanap kayo ng lubricant from organic materials, cgro pwede na yan sa yo. hehe. joke. wala ako alam eh, baby oil nlang cgro, kahit sacrifice mo nalang yung stickers. Baby oil ang ginamit ko noon eh, ok nman aside from getting your cube muddy inside and peeling of stickers.

sabi mo nasa palawan ka? lagyan mo nang buhangin yang cube mo hehe, kung gusto mo. kc sabi nila pampaluwang daw yun sa pagiging mahigpit nung cubes ng rubik's cube. sabay lagyan mo nang kaunti na baby oil --huwag marami kc masisira ung sticker at saka kc DS nman ung cube mo.

meron po kaong WURTH SILICONE SPRAY. it doesn't work.. mahal pa naman.... ayun, WURTHless... badtrip...

di ko na nga tinuloy paggamit nun. wala ring effect, at saka parang may same chemical composition ang WURTHless na iyon sa WD-40, kasi halos pareho sila ng amoy...

Dito ako sa Puerto Princesa City, mga merchandiser dito unfamiliar nga sa mga brand ng cyclo kaya ayun walang nag i-stock kahit pakiusapan. Dati lang talaga iyong NCCC na mall meron dito, but minsan ko lang nakita iyon, nung di pa ako familiar sa lubes. tapos ngayon hinahanap ko sa merchandiser ng WAXCO wala na raw stocks, either pulled out ot OoS.

hmm.. I tried this lubricant and really, I didn't imagine that it can be used.

First thing in the morning, I wanted to lube my cube but I didn't have any lube available, no PJ or Silicone and so I tried to look for an alternative. I suddenly thought of something that I use in the past, maybe some of us. I suddenly get my toolbox, lalagyanan ng mini4wd aka tamiya ko, then I looked for the grease that's left there. Haha! I made use of the remaining grease I got and it owrked, haha... Funny lang kasi who would have thought of using an old lubricant such as that right?

try to look for cilicone oil available xa sa nmg auto machine shop P60 lng un pero matagal mo xa bago maubos un din ang ginagamit ko sa mga cube ko na alternative lubriccant.

kala ko ako lng ang gumagamit ng lumang grease para sa cube... hahahaha!!!! parehas tyo ng gmit....
