meron na atang thread about this topic. search mo na lang. actually, si neil ortega (Zeinest815) ang nagturo sakin nung tredge pairing na yun. by the way, based sa mga nakita ko na magsolve ng 5x5, i believe neil is unofficially the fastest 5x5 solver in the country. eto ata yun:

ako gamit ko sa tredge inimbento ko lang algo dati ksi tinatamad me maghanap ng algos e. kaya nag intuitive ako. hanggang sa umabot ako sa last 2 edges ayun d ko na alam. tinignan ko nlng ung last 2 tredges sa bigcubes.com wahahha. ndi na ko makalaro ng 5x5 kasi sumabog 5x5 ko katamad ausin hehe

nevermind po..nkta q na...mas mabilis ang best time nya sakin ng 1 sec tas average ng 3 secss...hay..tapos noon pa yun..ang bilis nya...

i'm not sure kung gaano na siya kabilis ngayon. pero, 4 months ago nung ACLE sa UP last January, nagsolve siya ng 5x5 in 2:21.xx sa harap ng audience. Ako pa yung nagscramble nung cube niya. Simula nun, ginaya ko na yung method niya. Effective naman. I think I'm averaging 2:30 now sa 5x5. I improved in the 5x5 because of my 3x3 improvement, but i believe Neil is faster now.

@bonoan1027 diba sa youtube meron ng tredge pairing, search ka dun .... dun ako natuto na mag solve ng 5x5 rubiks ko eh... gud luck...

darn, i'm still using LBL in my 5x5 ..
PB is 8 mins .. haha .. LBL in 5x5 is really crazily bad ..
but i love it .. saka ko na pag-aaralan yung "traditional/common" 5x5 solution .. =)) ..

nko yan din no.1 problem ko sa 5x5!! Twisted Evil
pag 2 edges nlng i mean pag 2 " i 's " yung natitira..
estimated time ko po bago masolve... 1HOURS... lol!
ndi ko po kabisado yung algo dun eh...
hula hula nlng...
pero PB ko po dun sa ngayon eh..

pano mo ginagawa yung LBL sa 5x5 mo? una mo bang binubuo rin mga centers tapos tredge then solve like a 3x3 cube?

buti ka pa nag improve hehehe... ako po 20 mins. eh... tagal noh...sa youtube pa ako natuto nun mga 1 week ko po pinag aralan yung 5x5 ko ... ano po ba gamit mong 5x5 cube ES or Rubiks brand?

meron parity 5x5x5 conti lang pero magkakaroon kayo ng difficulties depende sa pagbuo ng tredges...

mas mahirap pa nga 4x4x4 kasi talgang ung parity nya konti pero dami algs...

sa 5x5x5 konti lng ang lalabas na parity, about 1 or 2 kung ang gagamitin mong is AVG..pero kung yung kay frank morris marami...pero madali lng yun lusutan...gamitan mo lng ng edge flipper, what i mean is ilalagay mo yung correct piece then ififlip mo then balik... average ko na ngayon s edge pairing is 1 min and some secs..

ako??? naka 2:13:XX na din..nakasub ako ng 1:57:..halos nalaspag ES 5x5x5 ko kakapractice..its my first cube and first na nag cube ako..i cant imgine na mkakabuo ako ng 5x5x5 without 3x3x3...after ko nakabuo ng 5x5x5 nakabuo na ko ng 3x3x3..Very Happy

its the same lng nman dun sa method ni Erik Akkerdjik at ni Arnaud Van Galen? kaso d2 sa tredges imbes na i-pair mo ang edges ng sabay in doubles by 3's mo nman silang i-pipair then connect then return.
